How to Fight the Winter Blues by Going Walking

I want to tell you that I am over 50 years old and I walked Vitobrain Review almost every day last winter. I love the cold crisp winter air and enjoy the beauty of the snow. Now I admit when it's 10 degrees above zero and the wind is blowing hard, that makes walking pretty difficult, but I still do it. I figure that not walking because it's too cold is being lazy, but that is just my feelings. I put on my sweater, coat, hat and gloves and head out the door. I try to walk 6 miles a day on average, some days I walk a little more, some a little less.

I only walk a mile at a time, then I come back inside to warm up and rest a little, before heading back out to walk another mile. Another reason I only walk a mile at a time is because I have very bad arches and flat feet which make walking painful. Even though I have feet that get very sore, I do not let this stop me from enjoying the benefits and enjoyment of walking in the winter.

So let me tell you some options about walking in the winter time, you can bundle up and get outside and walk in the bitter cold and enjoy it, like I do. Or you can still get all your walking done inside where it's nice and warm for you. You can simply walk around each room of your apartment or house, and you can measure the distance so you will know how many laps through the area it takes for you to go a mile, or however far you wish to walk, this is a great option for those that do not want to go outside and walk in the winter months.
