This whitening product should be applied for a period of time ranging from 30 minutes to 4 hours, once a day for 7 days.
Abrasive toothpastes
In truth, the effectiveness of these products is poor, as the whitening action is limited to the removal of surface dental stains. Furthermore, excessive use of these whitening products can wear down the dental enamel, leading to the formation of yellow teeth.
