I'm convinced you'll very difficult to RuneScape gold get less than 1 million and more likely you'll be paying 1.5-2m on the next three levels. Summoning is among those bite your knuckles and don't worry too much about price.
It's worthwhile to obtain those levels, Yip, Tort and Bat are all valuable familiars but I'm not aware of any super cheap method which doesn't require a massive quantity of prep time. Abyssal Lurkers (Which requires you to farm abyssal animals yourself to get the abyssal appeals) and Graahks/Kyatt's being among the most profitable and profitable familiars I know of below 66.
I'm not looking for most efficient pouches. I'm searching for pouches which can be sold back so that I can minimize my loss; I only have 2 mill in my bank But I'd like 69 summoning and am planning to use as many charms as I need, in the event that I have to.
As I mentioned in that final paragraph, the only selling familiars that I have are Kyatt or Graahk. The other three are Lurker. All other familiars could be sold given time or a low enough price , but they'll most likely result in a small loss. There just isn't much in the way of truly useful materials below the Yip/tort level, which causes most pouches to sell for roughly half of the cost they were originally created for or less. Also, the best way to limit loss is to avoid wasting time collecting materials for those that make profit and make the ones that sell quickly, using the time that you have saved to later repurpose the loss.
This isn't necessarily the type of solution that you're looking to find, however, when someone has an intricate technique that I'm not aware of, I'd urge them to publish it. I've had my own experiences at those levels, it ended up being far more effective to take a bite of the big price instead of trying scrape every penny of OSRS Membership For Sale gp that I could out of the deal.
